There is a strange comfort in accepting your own weirdness, it gives you a strong sense of confidence. So I pulled out the paper, inhaled deeply and connected with the creative imagination. Here’s where the journey took me…
”Once upon a time, in the beautiful mountains of Colorado, there was a young girl named Maya. She was on a trip to explore the natural beauty of the state and enjoy some relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
One day, Maya decided to try an edible for the first time. She had heard so much about the psychedelic bliss that it could offer and was excited to see what all the fuss was about. She popped the gummy in her mouth and waited for the effects to take hold.
As she sat on a rocky outcrop overlooking the stunning mountain vista, Maya started to feel a warm, fuzzy feeling spreading through her body. The colours of the landscape around her became more vivid and intense, and she felt as if she were in a dream world.
Maya put on her favourite hoodie, feeling the soft material enveloping her in warmth and comfort. It was as if the hoodie was a cocoon, protecting her from the outside world and keeping her in a state of blissful calm.
As she sat there, Maya began to listen to her favourite band, the music filling her with a sense of joy and contentment. The melodies seemed to flow through her veins, creating a symphony of happiness in her mind.
Maya closed her eyes and let herself fully embrace the moment. The warmth of the sun on her skin, the softness of her hoodie, the vibrant colours around her, and the beautiful music in her ears, all came together to create a perfect moment of peace and happiness.
As the effects of the edible started to fade, Maya knew that she would never forget this moment of pure bliss. She knew that she would always treasure the memory of feeling cosy in her hoodie while feeling high in Colorado, a moment of pure happiness and contentment that she would carry with her forever.”
I liked this girl imagining herself embracing this experience during meditation, hence the eyes open and closed at the same time.
